Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chacha Nawaz Jewellers. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days (or your specified time period) from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and any accessories.
- The item must be accompanied by the original invoice / order confirmation.
- Customized or personalized jewellery (engraved items, custom sizes, etc.) is non-returnable / non-exchangeable, unless there is a defect.
2. Return Process
- Contact our Customer Support within the stipulated time frame, providing your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number or confirmation.
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging (box, pouch, etc.).
- Ship the package to the address we provide. Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the acceptance or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds / Exchanges
- If your return is accepted, we will process a refund to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) within 7–14 business days.
- Alternatively, you may choose to receive an exchange or store credit / gift card of equivalent value.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, defect).
- The cost of return shipping is generally borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or unless the return is due to our fault.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- We may request supporting photos or evidence of damage.
- If verified, we will cover the cost of return shipping and either replace the item, send a correctly functioning item, or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased on sale, discount, or clearance (unless defective)
- Personalized / custom jewellery
- Items which have been worn, altered, cleaned, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags, packaging, or invoice
6. Partial Refunds / Restocking Fees
In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g. item is not in original condition, missing parts).
We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or handling charges, if applicable, from the refund amount.
